Kung Fu Question
My lab coat for was in the backseat with Noah and he asked, "Mom, do you do Kung Fu at work?" I was so humored and taken off guard by his innocent cute little question! I replied, "That is a very good observation, but no, I do not do Kung Fu at work. That is a lab coat which looks similar to a Kung-Fu shirt." Noah: "Mom, can I go to Kung Fu today?" Me: "We'll look into it Noah." =)

Whistling
Noah, at 4.5 years old, you have been practicing whistling and have gotten better just over the past week! We know you'll get it down soon!

Question from Noah..
"Mom, do you sleep a work?" Clever, because he knows that everyday he is at pre-school, they take a nap. I chuckled and replied, "No, if you sleep at work, you'll get fired." His eyes lit up in question and curiosity, "Fired?" lol Oh love him!

60 piece puzzle!
So proud when we picked up Noah this week and his teacher said he completed a 60 peice (aimed at

new words all the time
Noah's vocabulary continues to grow. One of the things today he said to me while we were at Amy's ice cream was "Mom, those cows are creepy." flavor of choice: chocolate with M&M's.

4 years and 1 month old, Noah can TOTALLY dress himself!
He is proud of it too! He says, "Let me do it." Underwear, shorts, shirt, socks, shoes. Proud of you Noah!

Two brothers
When Isaac is not around, you ask where he is. When he is taking a nap you want to wake him up so ya'll can play. He constantly looks around for you when you are not around too. Two brothers who love each others company and are already starting to argue and play over toys. Isaac loves to grab your toy and run away laughing. Then, when you get it from him, he either is ok with it or starts to cry. haha! We love you and Isaac so much and are blessed to have ya'll as are children.

Using Kid's Sonicare toothbrush!
Noah is almost 4 years old and he is excited now and has just started to use his "Muno" toothbrush, a Kid's sonicare that has interchangable surfaces, that Grandma gave him. Now Mom, Dad, and Noah are using electric toothbrushes. He has also started flossing.

How bees make honey..
Noah described to me that bees fly onto flowers and eat lunch and dinner then spit it out and make honey while we were playing basketball today. Great description Noah! -just 2 months shy of 4 years old.

Pump your legs!
This week (at 3 3/4 yrs old), Noah has learned to pump his legs forward and back on the swing to gain momentum and height. He no longer asks us to push him.

Clock Stool
sooo cute...The other day Noah was digging in his bathroom cabinets and saw something he had never seen before..a scale. He said, "Mom, can you get that..(pause....for 3-5 seconds..thinking very hard)...can you get that clock stool?"

Nursery Rhymes
Noah loves to read his "Humpty Dumpty book." It's a big book of classic nursery rhymes, he loves to read it with us before bed every night. He is quite good at reciting a lot of them!

Brush Teeth
Noah, at 3 1/2 yo, does very well with his big-boy toothbrush and toothpaste, spitting it out, not swallowing it and brushing all sides. Of course Mom does a spot check. But you can see Noah is so proud he's conquering a new milestone of self-care. =)
